MediaFire - A New Service For Sharing Files And a Competitor to RapidShare

The number of people using Internet is growing at an incredible rate, so as the need to share their files. Though RapidShare allows us to share files with our friends, family etc., it has some limitations. One can only upload files having size less than 100MB and one has to wait 60secs before downloading a file. If you too suffer from such frustrations then have a look at MediaFire.

MediaFire is a service that allows you to upload as many files as you want, and of any size, for free!!!. MediaFire has got cool and neat interface.

Contrary to RapidShare which keeps a file on their servers as long as someone downloads it every 30 days, the uploaded files in MediaFire stay rest unless you choose to delete them. If MediaFire ever feels deleting data is necessary as their user base grows, you will receive an email notifying you of any impending deletion so that you can manage your files accordingly.

Mediafire supports multiple simultaneous, unlimited downloads and one doesn't need to wait for 60secs before dowloading a file.
